Nguyen Ba Luc belongs to a generation of Vietnamese entrepreneurs who learned business on the ground: in warehouses and ports, at negotiating tables with foreign partners, and on construction sites where every detail is tested by time.

To our partners, our clients and every member of our team,

When I founded VIETMYIC in 2008, I did not have a grand plan. I had a conviction: that a building, like a business, is only as good as the promises kept inside it. Every joint, every finish and every handover is a promise to someone.

The years that followed took me through logistics, international markets and travel. Each one taught me something I now bring back to construction: precision in operations, respect for partners, and the patience to serve people well. Today, as a member of the board of VIETMYGROUP, I see those lessons at work across ten brands and more than two thousand colleagues.

The next chapter of VIETMYIC is the one I care about most. We will keep building homes, schools and public works that owners are proud of, today and decades from now. I hope to walk that road with you.
